The best thing about these housewarming gifts is they do not need to be wrapped. You can simply put something together in a basket or a gift bag and ring your neighbor’s doorbell. Here are some ideas you can give to your neighbor who just moved in.

New homes look more welcoming if there is a live plant. Even if the furniture are not yet arranged, this appeal can already be achieved. Instead of getting freshly cut flowers, plants are the better option since they will live longer and don’t require much maintenance.

Especially during Christmas season, you can give your new neighbors a wreath which they can hang on their door. This small gift can make them feel appreciated and welcomed into the new neighborhood.
